Poll-Fabaire

Poll-Fabaire is the crémant brand of Domaines Vinsmoselle, the Luxembourg winegrowers' cooperative. The name is the Luxembourgish form of Paul Faber, a founding figure of that cooperative, and the wine was the first crémant commercialised under the Crémant de Luxembourg appellation after it was created in January 1991.

The cooperative dates to 4 September 1921, when 25 growers founded the country's first at Grevenmacher; cellars followed at Wormeldange, at Wellenstein in 1930 and at Remerschen in 1948, and five separate cooperatives merged into one in 1966. It now gathers 150 grower families working more than 400 hectares along the Luxembourg Moselle, all of the fruit Luxembourgish. In 2023 it became the first Luxembourg wine estate certified Fair'N Green, a sustainability standard covering vineyard practice, resource use in the cellar, and social measures.
