Really good Trento - I keep coming back to this Trento / Balter style of sparkling. Good freshness. White flowers, citrus, dried fruit, honey, almond, bread crust. Fresh and balanced on the palate with sapid grip, long mineral finish. Easy to like and easy to keep drinking.

Balter's Nature is the brut-nature, non-vintage entry in the Trentodoc range - sitting alongside the Brut, Rosé, and the top-tier Riserva millesimato. 100% Chardonnay from the estate's ten hectares wrapping the hilltop castelliere above Rovereto. Base wine: around 65% in stainless and 35% in barrique for first fermentation, malolactic completed for softness and roundness. Brut Nature - zero added dosage, residual sugar at or below 1.2 g/l. Minimum 36 months on the lees per the producer (the bottle confirms 36 mesi sui lieviti). Dégorgement 2024, 12.5% ABV. Trento DOC, metodo classico.
