OK, this is beautiful. Dill with black and red berries tumbling over earth, meat, and menthol. Juicy, delicate, complex, and properly silky. Everything's in perfect harmony, drinking brilliantly right now. Layer after layer keeps revealing itself, like the wine's got secrets it's finally willing to share. Makes me ask the obvious question: why the fuck don't I drink more Burgundy? I know the answer (money, always money), but wines like this make you forget financial reality for a moment. This is what great-value Burgundy looks like - complex enough to make you think, silky enough to make you stupid. Need to explore more from these guys. This is dangerously good juice that reminds me why people go broke chasing Burgundy.
