A serious Chardonnay-based rosé. It has 10% of Pinot Noir and 10% of saignée Gamay in the blend. Fermented wild strawberries, raspberries, and rosewater. Initially, it's fizzy (and we all know what to do when it bothers us). Easy and fun to drink. Good volume and acidity. Long aftertaste with flavours of wild red berries and rose-flavoured Turkish delights. Personally, I find it more interesting and pleasant than saignée.
A blend of Chardonnay (80%), Pinot Noir (10%) and Gamay (10%).
