Starts fruity - ripe plums mostly - but then the spices creep in beautifully. Touch of liquorice, some toasted notes, even hints of grilled meat. That Canarian signature threads through everything, subtle but unmistakable. Not the most expressive nose, but there's something quietly compelling about it. The surprise comes on the palate: medium-bodied when I expected more heft. All that fruit up front, spices weaving through, with this cool minerality playing backup - present but restrained. Opens up nicely given time. Reminds me of Negramoll from Victoria E. Torres Pecis, but without the depth and with more plush. Friendly, approachable, and quaffable despite being so pronounced.
