Quite cognac-like and oxidative. Not fruity at all - very mineral-driven. Pencil shavings, wildflowers, wax. It feels austere, with great acidity and a rounded texture. A complex wine that has developed beautifully. And best of all - no funk, just clean, well-composed elegance.
