2.5Compared to Axioma, the Saturday Dream doesn't taste like my mother's uncle's filthy experiment with balcony grapes. No. My uncle upgraded his garage and got some barrels! Maybe it's just not my style, but I find it hard to drink such heavy and overoaked wines. I don't mind high alcohol, but here it just lacks balance.
About
Saturday Dream is a blend of Merlot appassito (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Saperavi (20%). Vinified separately. Aged in french oak for 24 months.
