I was curious to taste this wine. After all, it's a sparkling Viura from Rioja! It turned out to be rather simple and straightforward bubbles, yet pleasant, easy-to-understand and friendly. Some toast, apples, honey, and subtle hints of Jerez. Round, well-balanced and fresh. The aftertaste is rather short but flavourful.
