Stylish, delicate and overly young. Luckily, no one is going to jail us for opening this bottle. An inviting bouquet of tarragon, cream, yellow apples, brioche, chalk and delicate Jerez notes. Elegant (even thin) and sharp palate with flavours of green apricot, green apple and tarragon. Interesting wine, quite complex although needs time in the cellar.
