·@Bad BoyGorgeous nose - opens with a flicker of reduction that quickly fades into something layered and compelling: cheese crisps, propolis, sake, a breath of smoke, lemon oil, and cider. Nut shells and salt-caramel flickers add texture. On the palate it's restrained but charged, with sharp focus and a mineral-oily structure that carries through a long, precise finish. There's a bitter edge, tarragon and candied citrus dancing with honeyed sweetness - but only at the end, like a quiet afterthought. Not fruit-driven - this is tension, depth, and evolution in motion. A Champagne that sings in multiple registers.
