·@KyivIt's a known fact that Dolcetto has a deceptive name. This Dogliani illustrates it well. Intense, even aggressive. Decanting is a must here. Cherry, tobacco, raspberry, and ash. Thanks to its acidity and tannin level, it would be a good match for tomato-based lasagna or pasta.
