Tasted blind. It turned out to be the first vintage of Campoleone. Already brick in colour. Mature bouquet of vanilla, chocolate, wood spices, dried fruits, tobacco and hints of caramel. Concentrated and powerful mouthfeel. Tannin is mature. Acidity is lacking. The aftertaste is long with pronounced flavours. What can I say? Good wine at a respectable age. Happy I tasted it.
