Very good and genuinely tasty. Yellow fruits, lemon, a touch of cream, and a breeze of aromatic herbs. The acidity is still there - soft and fading, but it fits the wine's gentle, slightly creamy texture. There's a quiet roundness to it, with enough fruit to keep things engaging. Maybe it doesn't beg for endless descriptors, but it more than earns its place at the table with its texture, balance and complexity.
