3.9It's a nice and salty Pinot Blanc. A combination of adjectives that is not easy to apply unironically to people. Lemon, wet stones, seas breeze, wormwood (love it) and clay. Fresh and interesting with a pleasant bitterness in the finish.
About
This wine is made from 100% Pinot Blanc from Essex (not Sussex). Each third is whole bunch pressed separately into oak barrel, Qvevri and stainless steel. Then blended into one and bottled by gravity with no filtration, no fining and with no added sulphur.
