Gattinara Riserva

Compared to the regular 2020 Gattinara, this one is more developed and ready to drink, though still a bit too young. The bouquet offers red flowers, a hint of wet earth, dried fruits, mushrooms, briar, and tobacco. On the palate, it's dry, fresh, and medium-bodied, with good volume and a nice, detailed structure. I'd love to revisit it in a few years to see how it evolves.
