Le Facteur Su'l' Vélo

Another wine with an identity crisis - more bitter beer than bubbly. There's something a bit grubby about it too, like it hasn't had a proper wash. Not exactly dirty, but definitely not clean either. The whole thing leans heavily into that farmhouse funk territory, all brett and bitter herbs, which some people absolutely love. Me? Not so much, at least not in this state.
