I couldn't control myself - I poured this out because I simply couldn't drink it. The nose was still fine: decent fruit, a touch of spice, some volatile lift. But on the palate it fell apart - aggressively acidic, disjointed, with overpowering stemmy bitterness and a ton of ascorbic acid. Some said it showed better when first opened, but a wine shouldn't fall apart within an hour. That's not fragile, that's broken.
