Grassy and herbal, like tarragon dropped into farmhouse cider. Yellow fruits and berries on the nose, but honestly? Bit boring up front. Then you taste it and everything changes - round, vinous, decently satisfying. Red apple skins and that cider-wine duality just work. The palate completely redeems whatever the nose lacks in excitement.
