Beautiful. Too young and somewhat closed, but juicy, tasty, and remarkably clean. You'd never guess this is Australian Grenache - it drinks entirely in a European register, close to Comando G but with less alcohol, less minerality, and more naked, unguarded fruit. Cornelian cherry, cherry, flowers, a touch of tea. High acidity, though the tannin is still very green and needs time to integrate. Long aftertaste. Lovely fruit core at the centre - give it a year or two and this will be genuinely special.
