Straightforward Cava. Pear, cream and oil. Friendly with food and easy-going. The aftertaste is not long, but creamy and tasty.

Basic and flat Cava. You drink it, you enjoy it, but you still remember that there are so many better choices. Pear, cream, and... Well, that's it. A rather short aftertaste. But thanks to the creaminess and higher RS, it is a reliable and friendly choice. At least it lets me fully focus on the conversation.
