Sancerre Blanc

Wet limestone, chalk, white fruits and flowers, yeasty-bready notes. More attractive aromatics than the Minets, but not ready - the palate's aggressive, the acidity pointy, smoky minerality without much to support it yet. Closed. Needs time. For now, just fruity and not terribly interesting.
