Côtes du Jura Poulsard

A rosé wine we all deserved that evening. A restrained and fading bouquet of raisins, strawberries from compote, cognac (whatever that means) and marzipan. Confusing wine. It lacks balance and acidity, but it has such an interesting evolution of taste - it's a roller coaster. The finish of green apricot nut and marzipan.
