L'enchanteur 2016-2017

Wow, what a delicious and curious wine. An expressive shape-shifter, over the evening, it kept revealing more and more beauty and complexity. A rolling bouquet of tarragon, medicinal notes, quince, white bread (thanks, Vova), lemon peel and honey. It offers a wonderful balance with good acidity (despite 9g/L of RS). The aftertaste is long.
