Oh. Strange wine. It's battling between two extremes - ripe fruit with sweet medicinal herbs on one side, sewage on the other. Cornichons. Interesting, but mostly just confusing at first. Clearly aged, acidity still high. Tannin still bites. But the cool thing is how it evolves. The sewage passes and it becomes genuinely beautiful. Savoury, challenging. Round, very interesting to drink. The fruit emerges, acidity stays lovely. This is not simple wine. It definitely needs to breathe - give it time and it rewards you. Worth the patience, but not for everyone.
