As always, Clos Lentiscus produces unique sparkling wines. Rosé made of Samsó (Cariñena) grapes from vineyards planted in 1939. But unique doesn't have any quality connotation, right? Its bouquet is a mixture of strawberries, dough, medicinal herbs and bandages. Good mousse. Fresh, round, voluminous, and flavourful - strawberry bubblegum with medicine. It's simple and sophisticated at the same time. Maybe the former is the objective reality with the latter caused by uniqueness.
