This wine captivates with a charming and intense bouquet, marked by VA, dark chocolate, red flowers, cherry confiture, brine, and the distinctive aroma of Borodino bread, complete with coriander seeds.
However, the palate presents a formidable challenge; it's intense and aggressively acidic at the onset, though the evolution is noteworthy. The aftertaste is exceptionally long, featuring brine, chocolate, abundant coriander seeds, and wormwood, contributing to a bitter edge.
Regrettably, this complexity is marred by a persistent mousiness towards the end, detracting from the overall experience. Despite its intriguing qualities, these flaws make it less enjoyable to drink.
