Not Filtered Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé

A restrained bouquet of grapefruit-flavoured ascorbic candy. A bit short aftertaste, yet it has good acidity. Easy to drink, it must be a wonderful summertime picnic wine. Unlike the previous bottle, this one is not as fizzy.

Cloudy rosé made of Cabernet Sauvignon. Orange-flavoured ascorbic candies and grapefruit. Simple, easy to drink. But it lacks structure. The palate echoes their Traditional Brut in terms of acidity accent. Not bad.
