Same Georgian spirit as before - calendula, hazelnuts, bruised peaches, fierce tannins. Less aggressive this time, though still aggressive. A bit less calendula, a bit more settled. A good, honest natural wine without unnecessary chaos. Still needs meat.

Very Georgian in spirit, this - all calendula petals, hazelnuts, and bruised peaches. The tannins are properly fierce. Not much acid to balance things out either, though a touch of residual sweetness tries to play peacemaker. This desperately needs meat to calm it down - ironic for what's probably meant to be contemplative natural wine.
