Fragrant and intense, all crisp green apple and citrus - lime, grapefruit - with white peach behind, and a quieter layer of white flowers, powdered rock and a touch of almond. Bone dry, high vibrant acidity, clean and savoury with a mineral undertow. Lovely tension, nicely balanced.
