Don Perdigón Pet-Nat

Lovely insulting name, interesting grape selection (Pinot Noir and Garnacha Tintorera), but mediocre result. I mean, it's tasty but not fascinating. Would I purchase it again? Not on purpose. Wild strawberry, red currant, and dough. You can craft a summer khinkali out of it, I guess. Bitter finish with flavours of spoiled fruits stew.
