El Zarzal

Not overly complex, but definitely enjoyable. A bit of tropical fruit, herbaceous notes, some nuts---and yes, a chalky edge as well. On the palate, there's volume, yet it holds a sharp, chalky spine with lovely acidity. Long finish with a hint of detail that keeps it interesting. A fun, well-made wine.
