The producer's sheet has both fermentations, alcoholic and malolactic, in stainless and enamelled steel, so this is the steel-only wine in a range where most cuvées see some French oak; every non-vintage blend at the house carries 30 to 50% reserve wine. Time on the lees is where the producer's own materials drift: the tech sheet on its site says 36 months minimum, the 2023 brochure three to four years, the current web shop four years, and the vinification page still gives 36 months as the house-wide floor. Dosage is 9 g/l, and the bottles rest another 8 to 12 months after disgorgement before they leave, with the house giving the wine two to three years of keeping. 12.5% on the label; the Ukrainian sticker repeats the 70/30 blend.
