I tasted it blind and guessed Burgundy but not the exact appellation and producer. It felt tired and unfocused. It has a sophisticated bouquet with red flowers, boiled fruits, mushrooms and milk chocolate. It lacks acidity, yet it's elegant and easy to drink. When they revealed the wine, I was disappointed.
