Delicate and complex. Duchesse pears, wet grass, ripe pears meeting Dorblu, freshly sliced cucumbers, vanilla biscuits. There's a touch of gentle oxidation that adds rather than detracts - soft yellow apples, mild cinnamon, peppery sensation. The perlage is beautiful, full of finesse. Long, vibrant, genuinely compelling. This is tender stuff with real depth, the kind of pétillant that rewards attention without demanding it. Very tasty, properly sophisticated.
