A little bit restrained and shy bouquet of white peaches, bakery and yeasts. Not complex, yet approachable and relatively intense. Light and fresh mouthfeel.
About
The blend is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine spent 36 months on its lees in bottles (according to the traditional method).
