·@Andrii SIn a beautiful spot right now. Lovely oxidative character with honey, stewed onion, baked apples and nuts. Round, intense, with real length. Perhaps not the most layered or intellectually demanding, but there's this gentle wild sake quality that makes it genuinely delicious. A touch of bitterness in the finish. Drink now - I don't see much point in waiting longer.
