Trittenheimer Apotheke Riesling Spätlese

Bright and stony, lemon and plum over cut grass, with honey arriving as it warms. There's real residual sweetness here, but the acidity carries it - golden apple, melon, a tropical edge, round and faintly creamy in the middle. The one quibble is a slight medicinal note in the sweetness; otherwise long, salty and mineral.
