La Cuvee is the house's flagship non-vintage brut, the wine that replaced the old Brut L.P. as Laurent-Perrier's calling card. It is Chardonnay-led - about 55% Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and a little Meunier - drawn only from the first, cleanest pressings and rounded with reserve wines. It rests around four years on the lees, far beyond the non-vintage minimum, which lets it finish at a low dosage, here about 7 g/l. All stainless steel, no oak.
