Dried cherry, rosé jam, baked apricot, cinnamon, mountain herbs, Dominican cigars, and caramel. The bouquet feels both generous and intricate, never tipping into excess. On the palate, it's delicate yet structured, with near-perfect balance. The aftertaste lingers beautifully - chocolate, caramel, and that same haunting rosé jam. Remarkably composed, quietly seductive.
A day (evening) of surprises. Porto is a black spot on my wine map and this wine makes me regret it. So taking the first baby steps in that particular direction.
Dried cherry, rosé jam, baked apricot, cinnamon, Dominican cigars and caramel. Almost perfectly balanced, delicate and complex. Wonderful aftertaste of chocolate, caramel and rosé jam. Moderately fresh.
