Microcósmico

A little bit too shy (especially after Nozze d'Oro) but opens up beautifully. It's hard to guess maceration here, but no wonder - the skin contact was short, and (I guess) the age kicks in. Amber (from the cherry tree), mildew, mushrooms and a little bit of lime. The acidity is good. The palate is fresh and juicy, and the aftertaste is long and delicious.
