Saten is Franciacorta's softest style - always a blanc de blancs, always Brut, and bottled at a lower pressure (around five atmospheres) than standard Franciacorta for a finer, creamier bead. Lo Sparviere's is 100% Chardonnay, aged the DOCG minimum of at least two years on the lees, with part of the base fermented in tonneaux and put through malolactic to build that creamy texture. 13%.
