Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature

This is an atypical Cava that has been aged for some time. The result? A bit tired, yet still showing some good qualities. The bouquet offers baked pears, grilled lemon, bruised apple, brioche, a touch of oil, and hints of boiled onions. On the palate, it's pleasant, with decent acidity given its age. It's a bit too serious in character, but overall, it's good and interesting.
