Vino di Sasso

A Robola of Cephalonia made by a family with a funny name (especially considering they used to live in Odesa). Baked apples with honey covered with crushed salted nuts. All that was served on a table decorated with elderflowers. While it sounds expressive, it's actually shy on the nose. In my opinion, it lacks acidity and confidence. Yet it's delicious and friendly.
