Buz'kiy Flor

A blend of Riesling, Aligoté, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Gris under voile. And it made me curious. Some people state that flor/voile destroys traces of terroir. In the case of Buz'kiy Flor, biological ageing didn't last as long as it usually lasts in, say, vin jaune (6+ years). Yet it lasted enough to mask any varietal traces. Anyway, Buz'kiy Flor is a nice experiment. Typical bouquet of nuts, curry and wet cellar. Good acidity, yet it lacks complexity and persistence in the aftertaste (compared to other voile wines).
