I love the details in this wine. Aye, it's not complex per se, but boy, how easy and delicious it is. Say hello to flowers, citrus and wet stones with a delicate iodine/sea touch. It offers a fresh and delicate mouthfeel. It's a healthy water replacement.

Decent still Parellada. It might look like not a complex wine, but there is something beautiful about this combination of smeared apples, apple seeds and iodine. Good balance, elegant structure (with only 9.5 abv), fresh, oily and mineral with flavours of green apple and grapefruit. Good price.
