Chardonnay

Pumpkin seeds on the first nose, then boiled cabbage and rotten peaches. The reduction never blew off - that cabbage smell just dominated everything. Bit revolting in the mouth, really. Shame it wasn't sauerkraut at least, that would have been interesting. This was just faulty and unpleasant.
