Bourgogne Aligoté

This Aligoté is a fun one - honestly, I enjoyed it more than the Rufo 2023 (unfrair comparison, but I tasted them both in 5 minutes span). It's got brighter acidity, a more pronounced salinity, and the fruit is in a much better place. There's a touch of natty character, but nothing over the top. Lemon, apple juice, a bit of floral lift, and some flint. Focused, tasty, and light - just a really enjoyable, easy-drinking wine.
