Vino Nobile di Montepulciano

This Sangiovese is dark and inky, yet it's wearing all its green clothes today. Completely closed off with layers of smoke and green tomato stems. Not really feeling it. Dense and jammy. Acidity seems to have taken a day off. Pyrazines doing their thing, whether we want them to or not. Maybe it's just too young.
