I would describe this as a textbook Médoc. Unlike others who tasted it blindly and couldn't pinpoint its origins, I knew exactly what I was serving. So maybe it's not that textbook? Anyways. It's straightforward and approachable, featuring notes of cassis, graphite, dry humidor (so dry that I have a slight concern for cigars), and a touch of sweet cacao. It boasts a medium-plus body, medium acidity, and is quite ripe and balanced.
