Sulz Morillon Südsteiermark

Maybe I was thirsty, but the bottle ended sooner than I pronounced Südsteiermark. The stories behind the grape might be fascinating, but I focused on my glass wafting with notes of gunpowder, citrus, wet stones and white flowers. Juicy, salty and relatively complex and beautiful. Almost full-bodied yet quaffable when properly chilled.
